Agreement for consumers
Where prints are made available, the following simple conditions of purchase and supply should be adhered to;
- You may scan prints for personal use e.g. wallpapers etc.
- Digital copies resulting from a scan must not be used on any website without prior written authorisation from Imagedownload, whether for commercial or personal use.
- Digital copies resulting from a scan must not be resold in any way or any format to any persons or company. No exceptions.
- Your print can be sold by yourself without restriction. However, the purchaser must also adhere to these conditions during their period of ownership.
- The stated photographer retains copyright priviliges. All rights reserved.
If you do not wish to restrict usage to these terms, please apply for a commercial or trade account. Terms and conditions for these are set out below.
Agreement for trade
Trade partners that purchase digital images are restricted under the following terms;
- We strongly encourage you to sell prints and canvass prints as required.
- Images must not be resold or reused in digital format unless royalties have previously been agreed with Imagedownload.
- Images may be used for marketing purposes on your website. Prior notification is requested.
- Images may also be used for contextual marketing e.g. Google adwords. Prior notification is requested.
- Where relevant, the stated photographer should be credited.
- The stated photographer retains copyright priviliges. All rights reserved.
Agreement for commercial
Commercial partners that purchase digital images are restricted under the following terms;
- You may use purchased images for magazines, books or similar publication. A copy is always appreciated but not required.
- Images must not be resold or reused in digital format unless royalties have previously been agreed with Imagedownload.
- Images may be used for marketing purposes on your website. Prior notification is requested.
- Images may also be used for contextual marketing e.g. Google adwords. Prior notification is requested.
- The stated photographer should be credited.
- The stated photographer retains copyright priviliges. All rights reserved.
